Sand and Seashells #WorldWatercolorMonth

July 3rd. I love seashells and have a nice collection from wherever we go. My favourite would have to be the large conch from Belize. Since I have all ready done a painting of it I give you this assortment. Rather quickly done, original art by Susan Feniak.  Holbein Artists water colors on Strathmore Paper. 6″×6″

Love the variety of shapes and colors in your painting, Susan! 🐚🐠 I love seashells and have a big vase of them in my bathroom that my father-in-law collected. I always marvel at their amazing patterns. 😊

I really like your shells. The painting reminded me of my grandmother that passed away in 1973. She went to Florida & brought back some sand dollars for all her grandchildren. We all thought they were beautiful because here in IL, we’d never seen sand dollars! Thanks for the memories.
