IMG_20160726_151255#WorldWatercolorMonth July 27  “Free as the Bees”!  As in I did this totally free hand without drawing until outlining everything and adding buzz fuzz with my Faber Castell PITT artist pen at the end.  There is the perfect amount of spatter and fun bits to keep me happy.  Although these guys resemble bumble bees the hard working honey bees are in trouble so maybe this will remind everyone to protect our bees.  They aren’t free.  Have a fabulous day!  PEACE

As #WorldWatercolorMonth nears the end I will have to say I will miss it.  That being said I am sure Mr. Charlie O’Shields will come up with another stellar idea for next month.  Something for us all to look forward to.

    This is awesome! Agreed with above blogger Painting for Joy- myself and my business partner are actually looking at developing a wrapping paper with bees on it to raise awareness and get our name out there, and your design is such nice inspiration. Good stuff!!:) x
